Covid got me good

So we have to pay for people that speed and him get in car wrecks? We have to pay for people that OD on drugs. We pay for heart disease caused by obesity.

There’s so much wrong with your statement, but I fully believe you don’t give two f***s about some s right to choose.

What about the fifth grader that I know of that died from a brain aneurysm after vax? What about the healthy early 40s father that had a stroke and died after a booster?

I know a guy that got hit by a bus after eating a candy bar!! A kid ate the school lunch then got diagnosed with cancer the NEXT day. Do not let your family eat candy bars or school lunches.

Stats are useless so that is why I take my paycheck to Vegas each month and do not get the vax. I may have flunked biology and math in high school but I am doing my own research on odds I die if no vax vs. if have vax. Seems the past few months have deaths being unvaxxed but there is a thing called variability so will keep researching. Freedom.

Do be aware that many seem to die immediately post a jab, yet for statistical purposes those people are considered unvaxxed for 2 weeks post any jab.

I was wondering what happened to you. Glad to hear you beat it, not that it sounds like it was easy. Looking forward to the skinning process.

Glad you're on the mend! I STRONGLY believe everyone should have the right to choose to opt-out of getting vaxed.

That said, your decision and situation leaves me with questions-

When someone makes the adult decision to opt-out of getting vaxed and then ends up in the hospital, should the rest of society that made the decision to opt-in and get vaxed (and as a result, almost got never that ill) have to bear the financial burden of the cost of the un-vaxed person's hospital bill by watching their own insurance premiums go up?

As strongly as I believe everyone's right opt-out of getting vaxed, believe in my right to opt-out of paying for the adult consequences of non-vaxer's adult decisions. Would more people opt-in for getting vaxed if they knew they'd be paying the full-ride for the $20k+ Emergency Room hospital bill?

Hopefully you are joking and not a complete jackass

The cure is done!
Now for the healing
Doc says this will be a slow process
Glad to hear. Take it slow and easy, you'll be back at it in no time. Meanwhile since you're down and out, have any honey holes ya wanna share? Asking for a friend 😁

Short version; if you have medical insurance, you help pay for those that use it most. Generally, the young and healthy that use it sparingly compensate the seniors/chronic illness/abusers that use it the most frequently. Same as any insurance.

Don't forget overhead expenses too, those of us that never see a Dr pay a lot for what we get.

The whole feud is in the predator/varmint forum. I was going to link it earlier, but decided to let it lay.

For what I remember a lot of it revolves around someone not cleaning a shitter and a wheelbarrow. After being guests on what would seem to be a premier property.

Not exactly something that needs to be rehashed again, even tho I just did.

How can a grown human being be so numb inside the skull? I think it is another symptom of a high carb and fake food diet. Lack of self esteem runs a close second.

I wish the Rona on nobody, well maybe the crew on the VIEW. Not that I would want them to die from it.

Goes both ways…I know several fully vaccinated, including the boosters who have been hospitalized. I think the unvaxed should be able to opt out of those hospital bills as well. In addition, since the vaccine doesn’t work, unvaccinated should be paying taxes for all the government spending that went into developing it.

Also, me, my wife and kids all had covid in december. All of us are unvaccinated…it was like a mild flu. Worst part was losing our taste and smell for about a month.

I agree, I'm simply asking a question.
But so far, I don't this there's a shot that fat people can get that lower the risks from their obesity.

JL
You can elect to be fat or to not be fat. Just like you can elect to get the vax or not get the vax. If you’re going to condemn someone for making a conscious decision at least be consistent in how you apply that logic.

Some harsh opinions
Hope you never end up like i did
Knowning what i know now i would not have rejected the extra protection as long as i was confident it would not cause me harm by its self
Just a statement of belielf i now have

For you guys complaining of hospital bills and insurance rate increases due to Covid in non vaccinated…. If you only knew how our healthcare system currently works and the amount of bullshit that is simply written off….

I realize this is not a ‘rona thread, but for those of you with the same “deep dive personality” as me, and perhaps for OP laying in the hospital, here’s a lengthy read that should seriously piss some of you off.

That’ll be the end of my rona posts in this thread

Sounds good as long as a person can opt out of paying medical expenses for people who smoke, ride a bike without a helmet, drive a car with no seat belt, od on heroin and every other lifestyle choice that puts someone in the hospital. Hunting in grizzly bear country and get mauled, well I'm opting out because a person knows the risk and chose to go afield. It's a novel thought but completely unrealistic and not very well thought out.
