Colt Canada, owned by CZ apparently helping the Canadian government destroy guns

A lawyer for the Canadian Coalition For Firearms Rights (CCFR) is reporting that Colt Canada has been contracted to destroy over 12,000 guns confiscated from businesses that have been banned.
Gun companies complying with a government stealing from it’s citizens?

Some police forces have refused to be part of this . Shame for a company to take part . My brother is going to have a few guns confiscated from him shortly .

I'm not supporting or agreeing with what's happening...

But I also see the company trying to play the hand their dealt as best they can. I'm sure they're getting paid, so they can pay their employees and maybe make a little profit.

Colt Canada does have a contract with the Canadian military, I wonder if that contract was threatened.

Why does a gun company have to be involved at all.? If its going to happen, just bring all the guns to one of those big metal shredding machines and dump them in - done! Those things will chew up engine blocks, LP tanks, gym sets.... - pretty much anything they throw in it.

How disgustingly sad that Canadians have let it get to this point.
I’m sure CZ/Colt is going to make out very well on this government contract. Everyone would be wise to remember how eager they were to screw over law abiding gun owners.

Many of us have been fighting this tooth and nail for years.
The sad part if the fools who repeatedly elect the LIEberal "government" responsible for this mess!

I have a few on the chopping block as well, and I am royally pissed over the whole thing!
