Some one will have to clarify for me..
Is corner crossing or landlocked public land worse?
And how many occurrences ...occur...for each, legally speaking?
I mean, max, what are we talking for stepping over, waving a boot over a pin?
And What’s next- high-water mark/canoe trespass for the Supreme court?
This is actuarial in my book.
Edit-id wager I have far more 'tresspassers' on my properties in a given year than the amount of corner crossing 'tresspassers' seeing a courtroom/receiving a ticket.
I'd wager neighbor kids 'tresspass' backyards ^nth more than this I'd an 'issue'.
Pick up the phone, ring a doorbell, send a piece of mail. If you get a no, find another way. Whip out them SeekOutside Cimarrons and some cord, parachute it. Try the next corner. Try a water source. JUST DONT TRIP OVER THE STICK ON THE GROUND.
be courteous, be respectful. Find alternate ways. Or, don't tie your shoe lace. And don't forget to pick up the trash that just blew away.
