I fletch my own arrows. So those are all the left over vanes from my archery box.

I haven’t settled on a MER yet.
Need to shoot the broad heads first.
Planning on 50 yds by default.
Hoping for 60 yds

If I land today's 3rd arrow in the vitals at 60 (see post 58 above).

If not, I'll go 55 like previous years. But I do know that with these new RIP TKOs, I'm shooting better than last year. Just can't get in my head before today's arrow

OK, I shot my third arrow today, got all three in the vitals at 60 yards so that’s what I’m gonna shoot for this year’s challenge. See post 58

Just getting my new bow set up and sighted in for this. May have just shot the best 50Y group of my life

Edit: I discovered I almost had a Robin Hood. The low arrow got hit close enough to crack the carbon

Haha we’ll see. My broadheads and field points were ok at 50 but I was getting tired so I’m hoping it was tuned better than I could shoot at that point.
I’d like to do 70.
This thing is shooting faster than the old one, I might have made room for another pin in my sight.

I’m getting pretty dialed in. I’m able to shoot outside year around here in Tennessee but I went new bow, new rest, new sight, new arrow setup this year so I’m not nearly as prepared feeling as normal this time of year. I’m thinking I’ll go 80 for my MER. I’ve got a TAC shoot on the 2nd. That’ll really let me know!

Hey, that’s one reason we do this in the spring is to give ourselves time to shoot in new equipment.
