Carbon falling into the chamber

Of alll the cleaning I do, a fully titanium suppressor is the easiest. Ear plug, 15$ jug of clr will clean 10 cans. Fill it and rinse it a the end of the day. Just that simple. No more carbon falling.
Sounds simple to me! I listened to an Airlock podcast he recommended cleaning it when its base weight increased by 1oz. Not sure how it correlates, but it seemed simple.

Have had this happen to myself and others.
Ever since have cleaned cans after a few hundred rounds since that is only a couple times a year for me

Never have I had it happen to me. My current can on my trainer has just under 1600 rounds since last June. Before that, it was on my 6.5 CM and 308, both gas guns, and the can has never been cleaned.

Don’t clean your suppressor, just bump it back an extra .001-.002, it’ll be fine! 😂

This came out of my chamber after a hunt where I had to hammer the bolt closed.

I believe that someone just shooting at the range is way less likely to have this issue, it’s from carrying a rifle muzzle up and probably through rough terrain. IMG_9979.jpeg

It's likely a volume thing, and depending on the complexity of the can's internals, a flow thing. More fouling = less internal volume and space for the gasses to flow.
