Yes, I have shot a bison before with a 300wm but wanted to see what the 6cm would do with the 108 eldm. I had a friend with a 300 ultra just in case things went sideways.

I’m shooting factory 108 ELDM out of a 17in barrel doing around 2810.
Pronghorn shot at 190 went 20 yards
Deer shot at 220 went 20 yards
Elk shot at 300 went 3 yards
Bison shot at 120 yards and went 100 yards

Only had an exit on the pronghorn. Small entrance hole on everything but jello inside. I would not want to try and blood trail anything but if you put them in the vitals they go down pretty quick.

Speculation is justified but not sure on timing. SHOT show may be telling.
