Buffalo Bore 10mm Overpressure with FN 510

As far as your question about what ammo to use… I would use anything that cycles reliably and doesn’t jam. For self-defense, it seems penny-wise and pound foolish to shoot four of them to see if it works and then carry the rest of the box in the weapon on which my life depends.

Have you had any issues with other ammo brands?

Buffalo Bore is a company ran/owned by an absolute dipshit, FYI. Customer service and QC will always reflect company principles and values, for which they have none.

Move to Underwood or Grizzly and don't look back.

I don't usually judge a company by the owner, but Tim comes off as one of the most ignorant and arrogant people on firearms related social media, which is saying something. I imagine any issue you have with his product line is going to be "your fault".

There could be a few potential causes, and possible tolerance stacks in a non-positive way. And of course the ammo or firearm could be the singluar issue.

A $25 dollar plus postage investment should eliminate or give a possible clue of external cartridge dimension issues on the remaining unfired ones.
I like my hand loads or factory loads to drop in and out freely. No pressure applied press fit. These are bored to SAAMI minimum spec. If the cartridge drops in and out freely, there will likely be ample room in factory chambers.
