Best Performer in Lower Mag/Small Binocs Under $200?

Looking for some input into what would be a best performer and value in a smaller, lighter weight 6x binocular on a budget, say under $200. For a number of years it seems that the Leupold Yosemite was the consensus choice for this. I'm wondering if that's still the case or has there been something more recent that could be considered the choice?

How much better are the Maven 6x30 and Kowa 6.5x32 than the porro 6x options?

Really like my Kowa BD2 6.5x32 and 10x42s I bought from cameraland.
The Kowas are my first real high end binos and they have been great.

Whatever you do, buy it through cameraland. Top shelf all the way.
