Back on the Carnivore diet starting today.

Going to put this here to keep myself a bit on track and keep myself responsible.
Was on Carnivore last summer planning for a trip hunting and had some issues happen at home and fell off of it.
Started then at 232 and got down to 215 in 2 months.
Starting today at 226.
Will see where I end up at.
Have a target weight of 190.
Goodluck man I started September of 24 went from 210 now I’m down to 165 and have just been hanging out at 165.

not carnivore but on keto since Halloween. was 216 but down to 192. also been more a lot more diligent with exercise. exciting thing is I gave up archery due to bicep tendonitis/shoulder impingement a year ago, told myself no more injections and through lots of push ups and pec stretching I drew my shot trainer back today for the first time in months with no shoulder pain! I might be able to shoot a bow again! have also been able to surf pain too I think there's definitely something to the less inflammation with cutting the carbs and sugar out of your diet. shoulder stregthening probably also helped. goal is under 180 keep it up everybody.
Just over a year ago my arm was so bad I couldn't pull my bow back to save my life. Long story short I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with a torn rotator cup and therapy was recommended. After running into a guy who went through the same thing I chose a different therapist. First visit he did all the tests and said " the good news is your don't have a torn rotator cup" and said it was my bicep tendon. Five trips there and I was drawing my bow again. After only 5 trips there he cut me loose and I continued to work at it at home. That's the cliff notes version but I'm back to shooting 70#.
