Did you fashion the Grabit almost like a field chair? Was your on son sitting on top of the closed lid or were his legs inside?I used a grab-it as a makeshift backrest for my son when he was about 3 to keep him on top of an X-ray. It worked remarkably well, wish I'd gotten a picture.
