Any kimchi lovers in the house?

I’m a long time kimchi fanatic and I recently came across this great slow cooker kimchi stew recipe. I subbed out beef for venison neck meat and it was delicious. Dead simple to make, just add a few more hours in the slow cooker. Great over rice, noodles, or potatoes.

Sounds great but wife might leave me. It’s already touch and go when I eat some cold kimchi and I imagine it would be game over if I had it stinking up the house in the slow cooker all day.
