Any kimchi lovers in the house?

Wife always has a batch going in the fermentation crock. Roughly every two weeks something new is fermenting on the kitchen counter. Pearl onions in there now awaiting Christmas dinner.

It's the homebuddy fermentation crock off Amazon fyi.

and yes I like kimchi and will try kimchi pancakes

there is a huge Asian grocery in OKC with a whole aisle of kimchi along with tanks of live fish that they will gut and fillet for you. They also don't allow filming or photos in the store. Ha!
