A couple more good customer service experiences NF AND DEFIANCE

I stripped a screw on my rail. I reached out to nightforce and got an email back in 30 minutes confirming which rail it was so they could get me the right screws. When I looked closer I realized it was a defiance rail. I called defiance and they took my info and put a new set of screws in the mail, no charge! I’ve had my fair share of bad experiences, and I know we sometimes take some of these good companies for granted!

Kudos to both of these companies for answering immediately and handling an issue quickly!

My NF interactions have been good too. Sometimes they are a little ways out on stuff, but they have been great on the phone.
