The bigger advantage for me with the 25 CM is the plethora of bullet options in the 80-110gr range

If only we had a cartridge one caliber smaller that shot almost exclusively bullets in that range

Ok, with Black Friday sales I’m going to order neck/shoulder bushings for SAC dies for my upcoming 25 builds.

25 creed using resized 1x fired Lapua 6creed brass.
25 PRC using new Lapua 6.5 PRC brass
Or
25-7PRC using new WTO headstamped ADG brass.

Anyone have real life neck diameters of loaded rounds for me to start with?

You may want to rethink your mandrel sizes. I'd reccomend 2555 or 255, will give 002 and 0025 nk tension with springback.

I would agree. I run a .255 mandrel of .002 of neck tension.

This is from a .25-06, 117-grain Sierra BTSP Federal Premium factory load. Actual muzzle velocity of ~2898 FPS. Broadside double lung shot on whitetail buck at 80 yards. Deer ran approximately 70 yards before tumbling and rolling down the ridge. Great blood trail.

70 yards with a boat anchor sized hole and a long overboard........some whitetail have a will to survive!
