2025 Arizona Elk and Pronghorn draw just opened

I got very lucky and drew 11M early archery as my second choice! I know its not a top tier unit but I only had 4 points. I'm just happy I get to chase elk in AZ for the first time! It will be interesting for sure, considering it is a metro unit

Your loyalty point is awarded after 5 applications. If 2025 was your 5th, the loyalty point was in place for this years draw. Species bonus points are awarded after unsuccessful draws. Points are updated to the portal only twice/year so they won't show for a while.

This was year six and it was not there until i called them and had them audit my points. Luckily it was there before the drawing...I'm just saying to double check them for yourself and don't rely on AZF&G to make sure they're right.

My application is unsuccessful, but my app is saying I’ve got 9 bonus points. That’s true but I’ve also got the loyalty point and the hunters ed point. Were those two points applied to my application or just the 9 bonus points? I should have drawn with my 11 points but I can see how I might not have if only the 9 points were applied

It’s accurate on my profile. I’m curious why it says 9 bonus points on my app instead of my 11 total points. I realize only 9 of my points are bonus points and 2 are other so maybe it’s just the wording

Does your Group Bonus points say 11 or 9 in the bottom LH corner?

It says 11, I think it’s accurate and I just didn’t draw.

I had a cow tag in 11m in 2021. fun hunt, except for the occasional biker on the trails. Good Luck!

Thanks for the heads up, I just checked my account and I see my sheep points are off, so I'm going to ask for that audit (not that I'll ever draw anyway)

My son drew Unit 10 youth cow hunt. He is extremely excited because he is celebrating overcoming being hit by a car walking to the bus stop this past October. Can't wait to get out there in August with him to do some scouting and get a feel for the land.
