I won't have my hunting truck for the remainder of the duck season. I will be using a 4-Runner and looking for some ideas on hauling decoys (about 1 hour drive on highway). I was looking at the Pak-Mule hitch add on to strap a few dozen bags of decoys on there as inside is pretty full with kennel, waders, bags, gun etc. Anyone have any ideas or recommendations?

Pretty dismal quail season where I’m at in ca. I know, I know, it’s become dismal in ca. anyway, but I think the drought knocked the quail numbers down around my area pretty hard. My poor Pudelpointer has only got a couple birds this year. Fortunately rains coming tomorrow, hopefully it keeps coming…

Really windy on Saturday and the birds were flushing wild. Finally had one who thought he was a rocket and went straight up. Pup's first experience with a pheasant.
