I prefer to bring a thin rag, then I can just rinse it off in the next stream I come across and reuse. Of course I do that after I've filled my water bottle.

Always try for dual-use tools. Handkerchiefs wipe more than just noses...

You can buy those wipes that are dehydrated down to tiny disc size. We use those on the boat. I never thought of that!

I use a high dollar merino sock . Problem is you end up with blisters on one heel during the hike out . Blisters on BOTH heels if I've been eating Mountain house chili mac

Skunk cabbage makes for great TP.... Ive also used snow in a pinch.

But in regards to TP theres no question that 2ply and some wet wipes is whats being packed.
