    The gearing isn't metal.....I haven't seen them yet, but a shop owner I know of won't be carrying them based on his inspection of them at the ATA. You may want to see one first and then make your own assessment.....

    Went with prime

    I've got the 2014 model.....Picked it up used last year with a QAD HDX for a really good price. Yeah, there's no warranty, but I haven't had a problem with any of the used bows I've bought over the years. If a Rival pops up somewhere, I'll probably grab one.

    What's your plan for 2015

    I'll probably stick with my '14 Hoyt Carbon Spyder Turbo and CS34....I took my Elk with the Turbo, but the CS34 didn't get any action in the field. I'm sticking with my FMJ arrows and 125gr German Kinetic and Solids. I might dedicate 2015 to the Hoyt Buffalo because I just love shooting that bow !
