Best Long Range Fixed Blade Broadhead?

I had the same experience with the Strikers, G5 stood behind their product and let me do an exchange for a different head. After testing several heads, I started using the Shuttle T's. I may switch to Terminal T's this year, or may just stick with what I have.

Binocular/spotter failure.. Disgusted with my equipment

I started out using cheap optics, and I can say it never ruined a hunt. There were times I had minor headaches from using poor spotters, or wished I had better clarity looking at an animal that was 2 miles away, but it never ruined a hunt. That can't be said for other cheap equipment, like...

    Quick question on COunits 69/84

You might be able to purchase a landowner tag, which would be an additional cost, to be able to hunt. You guide may know where to purchase one if available.

    Huge transformations?

I was up to 35 lbs at one point, at 6'1" something had to change. I started exercising more, and worked up to 5 days a week. Just going to the gym and doing 45 minutes of cardio, then 30 minutes weight lifting moderate weight for 10-12 reps. Changed my eating habits. Started using myfitnesspal...

Am I the only one ignoring all the Drama?

Turtle hunts can get out of hand too, especially when you start finding snakes instead of turtles! Tundra monkey, that's funny right there. In the moment I never thought about it.....but I'll say that even "good" kids can be a handful, let alone kids who have no respect for anyone and no self...

    Hello from La Grande, Oregon

Welcome, my niece goes to school there at EOU, plays on the softball team. Visited there in 2012 and managed to have the transmission go out on a Chevy on the way there. The Chevy dealer there treated us right, and got us back on the road pretty quick. Even with that, we were able to "enjoy" the...

Who here owns a Prime Impact?

Evan and I set mine up at the shop after I got it and I shot it through the chrono. 424 gr at 299 fps, 70.2 lbs at 29.75" draw length, short posted the draw stop to 70% letoff. Had it a few months, shoots great but when fully rigged out it is heavy.

Am I the only one ignoring all the Drama?

Oh, I've recovered. Got out of that about 5 years ago.....it did take some time for the sanity to return, I would be kidding myself if I said it didn't. Did I mention they were "at risk/troubled" teens?;) I will also say it was the best form of birth control....ever! So, has anybody heard...

Am I the only one ignoring all the Drama?

This isn't drama, try living in a house with a wife, a female dog, and ten teenage girls for years. That's drama!

Am I the only one ignoring all the Drama?

Some people just need to get out and get a job! (or go for a hike) Then they wouldn't look for drama on forums......you would think with a house full of kids people would have enough drama at home!;)

    Mountainsmith mountain shelter lt

I would not be comfortable using a stove in there if I was 6'5". I would look more towards a megatarp for the extra room.

    Co Statistics Help

Very good explanation, and shows an understanding of how Colorado's statistics can be helpful when you look at all of it combined. One file doesn't give you the whole picture. Good job.
