Unfortunately, it doesn't look good for you based off of last year’s information. There were no leftover tags for those units for any hunt method (archery, muzzle and all rifle seasons).
An easy way to check for leftover (undersubscribed tags) is to look in the CO brochure at the SEX column for each hunt code. If there is an asterisk (*) after the sex, then there were leftover tags after the draw. I took a quick look through all the hunt codes for those units and there were no leftover tags.
Then, just to confirm, I looked at the statistics section online (Drawing Summary Report) and looking at every hunt code for 69/84, there were no leftover tags - all tags were issued through the draw (which is what was expected based off of no asterisks after any hunt codes). Every hunt code except one required a 1st choice to obtain the license. Only the 4th season rifle cow had licenses issued for 2nd and 3rd choices.
That's kind of what I was afraid of. I'm going to call my guide tonight and get his opinions on what would be best and see of he guides in other units other than those 2 hopefully he does or I might have to do something else
Lesson learned though I'm going to be buying points from now on as soon as I can for every state I would like to hunt in the future
You might be able to purchase a landowner tag, which would be an additional cost, to be able to hunt. You guide may know where to purchase one if available.
