Best Buy -
Picked up a new windows laptop. "Sales dude" was a young muscle head "bro". Nice enough kid. Tried to talk "bro" with me and sell me shit I didn't want. I had a BB credit card and wanted to use the 12 months same as cash. "Bro" needed my drivers license for ID, fair enough. I buy my things and start outside. Its pouring rain. I was meeting my folks to take them out to dinner for my moms 75th birthday. I get on the highway and something tells me to look in my wallet. No DL! I check my pockets and around the seat while I'm driving and can't find it.
I get to the restaurant and look around deeper with no luck. So I call the local BB number, it ties into a call center and I get some middle eastern guy that is zero help. I drive to BB the next morning and my "bro" is there. I have to jog his roid filled brain and remind him I bought a laptop off him less than 12 hours ago. He goes and supposedly look in the safe. Nothing. We go to the PC dept and look, nothing. He has me write my number down and says he will call if he finds it.
I just paid West Virginia $20.00 for a replacement. I called BB again and got the call center and another middle east guy. He tells me I can't call the store direct. I explain the situation and he goes silent and doesn't know what to do. So yeah, make sure you have your license when you leave anywhere.

Had a good corrective experience with Bell & Carlson on a stock I ordered.

Before I ordered, confirmed which stock I wanted and needed. Received a stock that while was correct for my rifle, was not the correct inlet for my needs. A simple picture and email and a return label was sent to me and the correct stock was sent at the same time.

Ordered a Foundation stock last week and the owner couldn't have been more patient/helpful in the process of figuring out what I should order.

Contacted Aadmount trying to buy just the front scope cap for a Maven because I snapped mine in half throwing my pack on. They immediately asked me for my address to send me one for free

I sent my 2200 pack and a jacket I had for years in for repairs. The pack was repaired no questions asked. The jacket they decided to replace instead of repair, I got a phone call from them and they let me pick a new jacket from their website because they don't make the model I had anymore. I thought it was awesome service to let me pick instead of just sending the closest comparable one.

Bought a refurbished set of SigSauer Zulu 6 16x42's last summer and used for archery league and fall hunting. Somehow or another i got a good scratch on one of the exit lenses. In December I emailed SigSauer CS with a pic and got an RMA and sent it in. 3 weeks later I got a new set of refurbed binocs (different s/n). Very happy with their CS.IMG_5161.JPEG

Groove Life(scilicon ring company) - I lost my Silicone ring about 6 months ago and happen to see that Groove might cover lost rings with their warranty. I submitted a claim and reviewed their policy which stated that lost ring claims would be required to pay $6.99+shipping for a replacement. I heard back two days later and was given a coupon code for a new ring. The coupon covered the cost of the ring and shipping.

Wish I would have known that six years ago. Wife bought me one. It was left in a gut pile ~2 months later.

I bought a vehicle from an out of state dealership (suburban ford in Waterford Michigan) this wk and man were they great to deal with. Al was a no BS kinda guy. They smoked my local prices and made the process so dang easy. Shipping the vehicle to my house for $700... vehicles is not here yet but I suspect it all goes without a hitch.

Had some good service from Midway recently. Bought an ejector spring for a Benelli M2. Tracking showed as delivered but after a week still never seen it. Emailed them and they sent another one out same day.

Come to find out neighbor three houses up had it. They were out of town for the week and brought it down when they got home.

My account was hacked and I got locked out.
Called customer service. Was connected to an agent stateside that was utterly useless. Called back and was routed to an agent in the Philippines who had my account returned to me very quickly.

Every time I’ve needed to dispute a charge or get a new card issued, they’ve been a pleasure to deal with.
