I have one of these on order that I plan to build a 6.5 PRC on. For those that have them, do you mind sharing your pictures, build details and weight?

This is what mine will have, so I will have to weigh once it is assembled.

- SilencerCo Scythe (in jail yet.. but could also utilize the dead air nomad LT)

Carbon 6 18” 6.5 saum prefit
Will be running some kind of titanium brake
Plan on adding the UM action lightening to lose 4oz.

Should be right around 8lbs 3oz when finishes.

LA chassis. Kinport Peak Rifles does the modification. Very clean work, looks factory. Still blows my mind the don’t offer a 3rd from mdt or aics.

No yet, waiting to get my action back from UM and my barrel to show up from C6. My guess is sometime in April it will be complete.

Another member had the same barrel ordered for his tikka in 6.5prc and it was 2lbs 3oz if I remember correctly. Going off that weight it will come in right around predicted. Low 8lbs for sure though.

Nice! I’m waiting on my bolt to be coated, then will put mine together, but I’m using a hart #5. Im thinking I will be at 9 lbs.

That was what was frustrating with the la Tikka hnt26 folder I had. by the time I added the 7oz metal mag and spacers it was a hnt 39.

Anyone come up with a way to guard the chassis from cold? I hate touching the heat sink in the winter.

Love finally seeing a picture of the grey. I’ve got one coming for my 300 prc. Is that the RS 1.2? I’m also looking at swapping my current scope for that one.
