I've hade a Bushnell lmss for a long time with a mil reticle, used it in lots of matches, but never hunting. Are you milling elk horns with lrf yardage calcs to determine trophy size? We've all gone to smaller cartridges that allow to self spot shots, so milling corrections on follow ups isn't necessary. Are you guys all shooting prs now trying to mill target size? Maybe I'm missing something entirely........

I know you say you’re all self spotting shots, but my own experience with distance and high wind is that more sets of eyes spotting shots is always better. At 200 yards, does this matter? Not really. Past 500…. Yeah.
They make a 20-60 spotter with their OSR MRAD reticle currently.
This is also interesting. Fix the reticle and it could be a winner.From what I understand there are two branches to their gear lines. The higher tier stuff is Japanese manufactured and finished in Australia, the lower tier stuff is Chinese.
There are several mil reticle spotters on the market, which is a pretty small one demand wise. Optics are a tough game. It has already been stated the illumination is a push button.
Question(s):
- Will it be a "loop" (1-2-3-4-5-1-2-3-4-5...)? or
- Subsequent presses (1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1)? or
- Toggle (one side of toggle (+) increase / other side of toggle (-) decrease)?
- Or something different than above?

pushbuttons suck. Give me a rheostat, if I had a choice..... But I'd gladly suffer a button on this scope.....grin
