My daughter is 3 months old - started teething and rolling on her tummy this week so it's been very busy.

Morning - Cardio - zone 2 and threw in some hills so I hit a 5k.

Afternoon with supervision from a 3 month old -

Each exercise 20 reps per side -

Goblet Split Squat
Bent over dumbbell rows
Kickstand RDLS
Dumbbell single arm incline bench
Dumbbell reverse lunge
Single arm chest supported dumbbell row
Goblet Box Step-up(used my daughter as my weight as she was crying and this helped soothe her)
Single Arm Dumbbell Curl
Single Arm Dumbbell French Press

weights used -

20lbs KB
45lbs KB
20 lbs DB
30 lbs DB
 
Traveled for 2 days. Back in the desert. Should be able to get some decent PTs in though.

Yesterday did a 5 set circuit
DB Squats- 25/45/55/75/75s x 5
Goblet Squats- same
1 arm OH KB Knees over toes Lunges- 10/20/30/30/30 x 5ea
Box Jumps- 30in
Pull Up- x 5

2 Farmer’s Carry with 75s

Today
Ran the rack for 8 sets of 1 arm Deadlifts, both side and traditional. 40lbs up to 110

3 sets
Pull Up- 30/20/12
Decline Sit Up- 30/20/12
DB Tri Extn- 20s x 12

30min on Treadmill and did some 4min VO2 Max intervals
 
^ how are the ticks up there?

when we got out of the Scapegoat, grabbed a burger- had to get up at least a half dozen times to flick a tick out the door :eek:
 
Hiked 5.25mi and 1400vert with 30lbs right at daylight

Mid-day lift
Did a big pyramid. 15 sets total of Incline Bench with fairly long rests. Bar, up to 205, back down to the Bar
5 reps with 5 sec negative and tried popping it as explosive as I could up.

DB Curls- 20/25/30/30/30 x 8
DB Rotations- same wt x 12

3 sets
DB Wrist Curls- 25/30/30- x 15/12/12
Deadhang- 1min

3 sets of 1arm DB Deadlifts and Suitcase holds with the 70s
