5 miles (700') with Tiny Elvis. We got over an inch of much (very much) needed moisture yesterday and the local mountains got a little freshening—evidently parts of the Elkhorns got over a foot of the real wet stuff :)

2 sets of Rear Delt and Lateral Raises
2 Deadhangs
 
Been away from the 'Slide from a while, I missed seeing everyone's daily updates in this thread.

Did a little track workout with a buddy at 5 this morning in the rain and wind.

Run 1 mile
5 sets of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats
Run 1 mile
5 sets of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats
Run 1 mile.

Took the runs at a pretty stinking slow pace.
