This is easily the least amount of snow I’ve seen in a season, in the last 33 winters I’ve lived here, and maybe the warmest winter as well! Kinda sucks if you ask me. Anyway, a little hike today of about 1500’ of elevation and maybe 6 miles.

Been in AZ for a week. Hiked 6-8mi per day and around 1200vert. It was +/- 85 the last 3 days. Used plenty of sunscreen. Between tripod, 15s, a gallon of water, etc., pack was a decent load.

Got home this afternoon to a 62 degree W MT day in February! Perfect weather. Did a lift.

20min of stretching/mobility/warm up
5 sets of 5 Pull Ups

5 sets, no rest
Squat/Calf Raise- 45/95/135/185/225
Bench- 45/95/135/185/205
1-arm Deadhangs

2min Deadhang

As many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

- 3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
- 3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
- 30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads.

Fisio Sit Up- x 15

Farmer’s Carry- 60s x 90sec and 60sec with 1min rest in between
 
4 miles (400') with Tiny Elvis this morning; should have gone an hour earlier—just a light freeze last night and with full sunshine, things went rather quickly to slush/mud
