Happy Friday guys!

Every 1:20 for 6 rounds:
3 back squats @ 80%


6 minute clock:
-30 cal echo bike
-24 wall balls
-18 toes to bar
-12 KB (61#) goblet lunges (alternating)
-AMRAP burpees over the KB


30 seconds work/10 seconds rest for 3 total rounds:
-toes to bar
-ab-mat sit ups
-pallof press hold R
-pallof press hold L

Cutting out of work early today to drive an hour north and watch my oldest son graduate from the police academy. I'm proud of the work he's been putting in, he got the top PT score in his class.

Every 90 seconds, for 12 minutes (8 sets):
High Hang Snatch + Hang Snatch @ 70-75% of 1-RM Snatch

Pause for 2 seconds in the receiving position and ensure good weight distribution before standing with the weight. The goal is perfect reps. Focus on driving through the full foot, finishing extension, aggressive turnover and good weight distribution on receiving.

Conditioning
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 Double-Unders
1 Power Snatch @95#
20 Double-Unders
2 Power Snatches
30 Double-Unders
3 Power Snatches
…and so on, following the pattern for 10 minutes.
