So after 3 days off, Sunday night I set my alarm for 430… pm. Obviously, short on time Monday morning and did a 5 set circuit of Bench and Barbell Curls after stretching/warm up.

DB Thrusters- 10/15/20/25/30/35 x 10
Toes 2 Bar- x 10
4 sets, no rest, with vest
Hanging Clean & Press- 105 x 5
Hex Bar Dead & Shrug- 150 x 5/10
Decline Sit Up- x 10
