Yesterday I walked all over my usual hiking hill with a weed sprayer. Followed with splitting/hauling wood and about 8 hours of other chores.

Today. I did essentially a VO2 max interval where I’d run up to steep road grade above the house for 4min, walk down for 4min, repeat.

Warmed up with 6x5 pull ups

10 sets, no rest
Barbell Snatch- 75 x 5
Pull Up- x 5
Knees 2 Elbows- x 5
DB Step Ups- 40s x 5ea
 
I'm back from chasing gobblers for four days. I shot a nice longbeard 10 minutes into the first morning, then spent the next three days trying to fill my second tag. I had lots of encounters, but couldn't get one to come all the way. Good times.
