Strength/Skill
Every 2 minutes, for 18 minutes (3 sets each) of:
Station 1 – 4-8 Muscle-Ups or Strict Pull Ups or Heavy DB Bent Over Rows
Station 2 – Handstand Walk/Wall walk/ Handstand Push up Practice
Station 3 – L-Sit x 60 seconds
(accumulate the time if you’re unable to maintain this position unbroken)

Conditioning
2 Rounds for time of:
Bike 40 Cals
20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
Row 40 Cals
30 Push-Ups

Time cap = 15 minutes

1 set is: leg press, walking lunges and leg extension.
Leg press: 15 reps
Weighted walking lunges: 20 (10 each leg)
Leg extensions: 12-15 reps

Do 5 sets of that. Your rest is walking from one station to the other.

Then

5 sets of butt to grass squats. 10 reps. (Go lighter than what you think)

That will be my workout for today.

I took a week off , trying to get this condo reno done in time to leave for hunting . Finished it yesterday , leave tomorrow AM .
Headed for New Mexico first then Colorado . Last minute stuff is killing me , LOL .

Pretty limited PT yesterday and today. Mainly stretching and warming up for 20-30min. Got the wall tent up yesterday, have to work all day today, then tomorrow my youngest son and I will hike our spike camp in and get it set up.

Opening couple days should be warm, high pressure and full moon. Early next week we should see some snow.
