Over 8hrs of hiking solo today. Spotted the right side through the binos at about 150yds down in a draw in the burn full of downfall and ceanothus. Walked over 5hrs looking for the match. Found another year old nice horn, but no match.
No lifting tomorrow. Going back up with my oldest and his buddy.

Every 90 seconds for 7 rounds:
25 double-unders + 1 hang squat clean + 2 front squats
started @ 70%, built to 205#

8 minute AMRAP:
-2 hang cleans @ 175#
-6 chest to bar pullups
-8 lateral burpees over bar
