I had the same workout today. I usually take Thursdays off, but I like C&J and your post got me thinking about what I could do.

1x2 rep max- 190#
Grace @ 135lbs- 4:45.

My last RX time was 6:30 and I had another score of 3:30 @ 95lb. Good Improvements.
