deadlifts 3/3/3+1/0 @70/80/90/70% of 1RM
overhead press 3/3/3+/10 @70/80/90/70% of 1RM
chinups 3x20 (if only I could get my pull-ups there!)
lunges 3x30 yds
core
 
Nice brisk morning here (mid 30's), 6 miles and 1100' of gain for Tiny and I

Pretty good week- 40 miles and 8700' of gain

where I was snowshoeing in the distance earlier in the week
