5 mile rainy loop on the trails w/ Tiny E; trails were pretty much empty- except this guy

Yesterday: 5 super sets of straight bar curls, BW dips x 15, 9 DB rows with 70lb KB then 10 rounds of: weighted tire drag 30 yards and back, 30 push ups.
 
Well my gym has not opened. Kind of ticked
5x15 ft rope climb + 10 front rack lunges with pack + 10 incline pushups.
Then 3x100 m sprint + 1 minute ohp with pack
 
4 miles on the trails with my wife and Tiny E- relaxed pace, trying to keep my legs limber for the death march this weekend :)
 
Squats at 285: 1 squat first minute, 2 second minute....up to 9 @9 minutes. Then sprints 2x20 yd, 3x30, 4x40, 5x50, 1x100
 
  • 1 minute of pullups and pushups - switch between the two as you fail but keep going.
  • 1 minute rest
  • 15 rounds (30min total)

sounds easy, but you’ll be sore the next couple days if you do it in earnest and take exercises to true failure
 
4 mile recovery hike with Tiny Elvis



oh and there was that three day, 100 mile scramble across the wilderness they call the Bob Marshall Open, my 6th straight year :D
