Giant set x4, 115lbs : 30 secs pushpress, 30 secs snatch grip deads, 30 secs power cleans. 30 secs rest.

I didn't do $hit today; went to the gym that I have to drive by daily- there hasn't been more than 2-3 cars the last two weeks, today I decide to go- f^ck#@ng park lot is full!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(ends up being 210 reps of each exercise)

I did a version of this with 55lb dumbells (floor chest press and bent rows) - that was dumb...chance of injuring your back with the weights, especially the last 3-4 sets of rows, due to fatigue and pushing for time Is not worth it. My lower back is sore today, luckily not hurt. Stick with the BW version.
