I did a version of this with 55lb dumbells (floor chest press and bent rows) - that was dumb...chance of injuring your back with the weights, especially the last 3-4 sets of rows, due to fatigue and pushing for time Is not worth it. My lower back is sore today, luckily not hurt. Stick with the BW version.
