Heading out west early in the AM and will probably be absent for the week. This is my daily workout schedule, which will involve a lot more elevation than I can get back home.

Thought I was going to get the 4th off and that didn’t happen. I was able to do DB circuits to keep something going. Got home last night. Looks like everyone has stayed busy.

Today I did a short and sweet 1300vert with 30lbs. Then a quick lift… Everything with 15lb body armor vest.

Active Recovery: 10K Easy Bike Ride

15 minutes rolling
20 minute mini Yoga complex
800M easy swim

Saturday (Mobility)
Warm Up:
5 minute Stationary Bike
15x Glute Bridges

Then:
4.5 mile hike w/ 50#
