Quick 3ish mile loop through the Ozarks turkey scouting this morning before work. Heard 5 birds and hopefully got a couple tied up for youth season opener tomorrow. Tomorrow will be the first turkey hunt for my 2 youngest sons (twin 8 yr olds). I'm not sure if they're more excited or I am. :)

Good luck to the boys! They're hammering pretty good right now. I've put in a lot of miles this last 7 or so days in the same woods

Starting with a 6-minute time cap, complete as many reps as possible of:

• 5 wall walks
• 50 double-unders
• 15 snatches (weight 1)
• 5 wall walks
• 50 double-unders
• 12 snatches (weight 2)

*If completed before the 6-minute time cap, add 3 minutes to the time cap and complete:

This morning… 2mi run with 380vert. Then my youngest has been doing club wrestling since the HS season ended and we headed to a freestyle tournament.

This afternoon… Worked steady. No rest.
