45 deg goblets: 4x15 + amrap BW
45 degree DB bicep curls 3x10 35

New Years crew already crowding the gym early(n)

Thankful to have my own gym setup for the very reasons!
Problem is I need a heated garage!!
 
Went out and cut a little wood for a fire pit fire tomorrow.

With all the travel and solo time I have, I listen to too many audiobooks. After 1 of my books, I decided to work on VO2 max training this off season. I’ve been doing timed interval and tempo runs with alternating levels of “rest” since hunting season.

Today I did 24min total on the treadmill. 3 rotations of 4min of very arduous (speed and incline), followed by 4min of very easy recovery.
 
Went out early and unsuccessfully howled and glassed for some wolves, then we got a small load of fir.
