Racked some miles in the Sonoran desert this past week while hanging out around Tucson, great weather though it rained like hell yesterday!

Gym today, fighting something in my left elbow and forearm so I laid off the weights, some warm ups and ab work followed by stair master, 1 hr 4300 steps.

Man I am bored of the gym lately!

Yesterday- Under the weather. Listened to an entire audiobook and loaded a couple hundred rounds.

Today- Did an easy 700vert hike with the wife and 30lbs. Then a lift.

Pull Up Ladder to 10

Squat/Calf Raise- 45/95/135/185 x 10

Squat- sets of 3 from 225 up to 335, then dropped to 295 and did 5 sets of 5 with 1min rest

Pull Up- 3 sets of 15, 1min rest

Med Ball Slams- 3 sets of 10, 30sec rest

1 Farmer’s Carry with 75s for 75sec

Some family PT after presents and a good Christmas breakfast. Wrestlers may cheat on some meals over Christmas, but they have to PT every day. Wife also put out an open push up challenge
