2 mile ruck with my dogs this morning, and now about to finish the final day of mtntough kb20. I got the mtntough subscription based off a lot of reviews from guys here, and I'm really enjoying it. I've done the 30-30 program and a lot of the minimal gear daily workouts prior to this and they were awesome.

I want to do the new sandbag 2.0 routine, and the 45-70 routine, but I'm not sure if now is a good time to start either with deer season a week away lol. My focus shifts to hunting more than anything else this time of year!! I may just get back on the MGD workouts and stay with them until after hunting season. We'll see!!

Made it back from elk hunting, it was a great trip! Between Tuesday night and Friday morning, I got in around 37 miles and 2700’ total elevation. Called in bulls every day I was over there, and ended up killing a super funky (ugly) looking bull right before dark Thursday night. Made it back to camp at midnight and packed him out in 3 total trips Friday morning. Pack out distance was right at 1/2 mile which is awesome when you’re hunting by yourself.
