Chest at the gym, 15 minute cardio warm up, balance work and elyptical for 30 minutes.

Headed out tomorrow morning for a back pack fly fishing excursion, camp is 8 miles deep with 1643 elevation gain! Haven't weighed it but guessing 25-30lb pack weight.
