Been working the balance a lot, Bosu ball one foot at a time keep balance for 30 seconds switch foot, repeat! Also some closed eye balance work, it's tricky, following a video Peter Attia did with Beth Lewis, she seems like a bad ass!

Typical gym stuff, ab work 30 minutes of cadio and weight training, been looking into Mike Mentzer and considering some of his workouts and splits.
