Did an easy 700vert hike with 25lbs early this morning, followed by a short lift.

5 sets, no rest
Squat/Calf Raise- 45/95/135/185/235 x 10
Close Grip Bench- 45/95/135/185/200 x 10

Fisio Sit Up- x 15

My oldest boy was camped out in ID for a few days and found a 315ish set of elk horns. I almost had to force the dog to go with me this morning, she is spent.
