3 hang power cleans, build to a heavy set

12 minute AMRAP:

3 miles (500') with Tiny Elvis this morning. Got skunked bear hunting, but got a good workout in- 20 miles (3700') with a heavy pack, but not as heavy as it would have been had I connected with a bear! :D
