I swear I watched a video that some guys made a "super wsm" and used that bullet and it just penciled right through all the gel without expanding time after time. Maybe I'm remembering incorrectly.

The gel they used wasnt the right type. When they added a bag of water in front it performed well or they changed gel type, i can't recall.

It would have been a different video before the one I posted. I forgot about that one but the other guys who posted are correct it was a gel issue and was at very long range. Once they figured it out there were no other issues with expansion.

I’d love to see a “300 Backcountry” that could match the velocities of my 24” 300wsm using a 16-18” barrel. Considering how far suppressors have come in terms of weight and size I can’t think of a better setup for my uses.
