Barbell Snatch/OH Squat- 45 x 5ea.

Did an easy 7k on my rower for a total of 62k for the week. (working on rowing 60k/ week as cardio).

Row was just for recovery/warmup, focused on 22spm and hit the 7k in 30mins flat.

Got the sandbag and kettlebell out for about 1hr15m
-sandbag deadlift 3x10
-sandbag back squat 3x10
-sandbag bent over row 3x10
-sandbag overhead press 3x10
-sandbag floor press 3x10

Kettlebell:
-over head squat 3x10
-rack reverse lunge 3x10
-snatch 10x10

Going to walk the dogs 2-3 miles with 40lbs in the pack.
