Recovery day. Feeling pretty dang sore jumping back in after a few months of being a lazy slug.

1 mile treadmill hill climb with 30lb pack. 528’ elevation gain. Sore, but much less winded than previous hill climbs, so progress is being made.
 
Still been getting after it. Just very busy like the rest of the dads so I was a ghost for a minute. Tiny Elvis is still seeing some cool places.

Thursday
4x15-20/failure hypertrophy
French press/skull crusher/close grip
Incline drag preacher curl
Cable reverse kickback
Forward hammer curl
Forearm push up
Preacher bench single arm cable curl
 
Mixing in some HICT work (twice a week) this month. The workout link below was:

Every 10 sec 2 goblet squats (53lb), next 10 sec 2 rows. For 8 minutes. Then 3 minute rest repeat for a total of two 8 minute rounds.

Then same format but exercises are: step-ups (20 inch box holding 30 lb dbs each hand) followed by 2 push ups. Two 8 minute rounds.

EDIT:
Couldn’t sleep so I added 5x5 squats and bench press at midnight lol
