2 miles with a 40# pack. 2 sets pack on 10 squats, 10 pushups. Thanks for the suggestions, I'll give those a try later this week. It's still cold here, 8 degrees with a 10-15 mph wind this morning.

Did end up stealing this one with the crew at the firehouse today. We did the 16 min EMOM sets but not the deadlifts. Definitely a good one.Deadlifts
