10 kb swings with our new 70# kb
8 lateral db raises 15# - was excited to get through those with no shoulder pain.
Completed 3 sets with minimal rest in between
15 squats 135lb
10 deadlift 135lb
5 pwr clean 135lb
10 incline bench 135lb
Then some miscellaneous dumbbell work
