Finished filling up the woodshed Saturday and shoveled/moved 10 yards of wood chips yesterday.

Back in the gym this morning…

1 clean + push press (drop bar)
1 clean + push jerk (drop bar)
1 clean + split jerk (drop bar)
-take 10 minutes to build to a heavy complex

For time:
30 cal echo bike
10 burpees
100’ overhead walking lunge (dual kb)
30 cal row
